SHRI are pleased to announce that a deal has been negotiated to allow the Club to take complete posession of Portmarnock Raceway on a full time basis including the existing golf driving range facility. The committee will meet in the coming week to conclude proposals for the members as to the workings and financing of the new arrangements.
A full members meeting will take place on Saturday 17th January at 3.00pm sharp at Bewleys Hotel Dublin Airport to discuss the new arrangements including a racing calendar for 2015.
Proposals for a new handicap system for Trotteur Francais Horses racing in Ireland is also on the agenda for discussion.
