  • The 2024 race fee per horse is mandatory and is set at €25 per horse declared in training.
  • The 2020 race fee per horse is mandatory and is set at €50 per horse declared in training and will contribute towards the interity budget of the IHRA.
  • This is to certify that I give permission to the IHRA to forward my contact details to the Equine Medi-Records to set up my Equine Medi Records App Account

  • I apply to have my existing License renewed and I declare that I know of no reason for the IHRA to refuse to issue such a License.In applying for this license I agree to abide by the Rules, Regulations & Social Media Policy of the IHRA and will notify the IHRA of any pre existing medical conditions that may affect my ability to perform my duties as a license holder.I declare that all the answers given in my application are correct , and I will upon request by the Stewards of the Irish Harness Racing Association produce formal confirmation from the Criminal Records Office of An Garda Siochana or Police Service of Northern Ireland that there are no entries relating to me held on their files.
