For the purpose of Public Liability Insurance cover all owners, trainers and drivers must have renewed their 2018 Licenses before working out horses or running in qualifiers at any authorised IHRA racetrack.
All horses for qualifiers and/or drivers for driving tests must be entered through the official ENTRIES system on the IHRA website, clearance will only be given for fully compliant licensed people.
