- With immediate effect all horses working out on any official race track must be in compliance with IHRA equine flu vac regime, a minimum of the first two primary vaccinations or an annual booster must have been administered and stamped in the horse’s passport.
- Owners, trainers and drivers must be license compliant and must have paid their 2017 affiliated Club membership.
- Helmets and body protectors must be worn by drivers whilst on the race track.
- Breaches of these requirements are subject to penalty.
