IHRA Notice The Board of Directors of the IHRA in consultation with the Stakeholders Committee are satisfied that the recently imported Trotteur Francais horse Totem Turgot fully meets the requirements to race in the IHRA/Le Trot series, we have verified the circumstances of the importation of this horse from France with Trot Britain.
