- Portmarnock Raceway will be open between 11am – 1pm this coming Saturday for trainers wishing to school young horses or qualify horses. IHRA stewards will be in attendance.
- All horses must have clearance from the IHRA.
- All Drivers/Trainers/Owners must have license’s paid.
