IHRC Licencing will take place at the Trackside Bar in Portmarnock Raceway at 11.00am on Sunday 22nd April
PLEASE NOTE: The time for Qualifiers at Portmarnock Raceway os Sunday 22nd April has been changed, the gates will be open from 08.00am and the track must be vacated by 10.30am sharp.
