Last Sunday afternoons display in the Ladbrokes / Vincent Delaney Memorial 2 Yr old prep race was awesome, probably the best crop of 2 Yr olds ever seen in Ireland.
Chinatown Kolt (Kikikolt/Meadowbranch Aruba) clocking a 2:02.2 mile with two lenghts in hand from Showtime Doll (American Ideal/Cherrytree Ginny) and a further length to Rhyds Panto (Hasty Hall/Jeannines Girl). Rhyds Diva (The One Night Pan/Arts Treasure) a non runner on this occasion having won the previous encounter in a 2:05.9 mile and expected to make considerable improvement on this performance.
With 24 nominations standing at the final declaration point, have we seen the best ? ….. or simply not seen the rest !!.
