Today we were invited to participate in FINGLAS HORSE AWARE WEEK OPEN DAY organised by DSPCA
Horse Aware Week is an educational week which is a joint project of the Dublin Region Horse Welfare Working Group – Education Task Group.
The Open Day will included speakers from Army Equitation School, RACE Academy,Pavee Point, Irish Harness Racing Association & Irish School of Farriery and Garda Mounted Unit
The Lord Mayor of Dublin, Councillor Paul McAuliffe attended the event & gave his support to the day.
It was great to see so many young people attend & wanting to learn more about training options & careers in the equine industry.
